5. Set a new password you have not used on BDG Game before, and write it somewhere private.
6. The reset returns you to sign-in. Phone number tab, same ten digits, the fresh password, and then Log in.

One thing people get wrong: they keep guessing after the lock, hoping the right password will work. It will not, and a reset done early costs you nothing. Actually, it costs one thing, the saved password on Remember password, so untick and retick it once the new one is in.

It happens more than you would think, espeically from a saved link. The register screen asks you to register your phone, set a password and confirm it, with an Invite code box underneath. Do not fill it in. At the bottom sits a line reading "I have an account Login", and tapping it brings you back to the sign-in screen with the Phone number tab ready.

Spotting a fake BDG Game login page: safe checks before you type

Google shows plenty of look-alike BDG addresses, many on sub-domains with bdgwin in the name, and none of them is proven official. A copy can look exactly like the real screen.
